Does anybody need to be home during cleaning service?
It is not necessary, but you may be at home if you like. Otherwise, we need to have keys or access code so we can enter your property and lock it when done.
Can I get the same cleaning technician every time I book a cleaning service?
Our mission is to keep our customers happy and therefore would do our best if that is possible at the moment. If your favorite cleaning technician is unavailable, we will do our best to find the most suitable replacement. All of our cleaners undergo extensive training and we make sure everyone has clean background to ensure consistent quality and trust in our cleaning services.
Are cleaning technicians background checked?
Yes, absolutely! This one of the first steps we take when hiring new cleaning technicians.
How many cleaners will clean my home?
Generally, we assign only one cleaner per home, but depending on the size and condition, we could send more cleaners if necessary.
How long will it take to clean my home?
We work as fast as we can but without compromising the quality. At first, when we arrive we walk through all the areas to give you more precise timing. Generally, deep cleaning a 3 bedroom house (1400 sq ft) would take around 6.5-7 hours!
What is the cost of your cleaning services?
We are proud to be recognized as a provider of affordable, top-quality residential cleaning services with straightforward pricing. The costs of our services depend on the size of your home and what you would like cleaned. Generally, our services call minimum starts from $89.
Should I do anything before cleaners arrive?
To ensure cleaning quality and safety, we ask that you pick up any toys, clothing, or clutter before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they are comfortable while we clean.
What do you not clean?
To provide everyone with quality jobs we customize our services to your preferences and needs. Although there are a few things we typically do not clean :
- Toys
- Inside of fireplace
- Iron and other small appliances
- Do laundry or folding
What if things damaged during a service?
We have all the respect and care for your household, although sometimes things happen. If something breaks during our cleaning service due to a fault of the technician, we will do our best to repair or replace the item. Our cleaners are fully insured, so claims can be filed when appropriate.
Do your cleaning technicians speak English?
Yes, absolutely! We are fluent in English, some technicians also speak Spanish, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Russian.
Do you guarantee your cleaning services?
Yes, absolutely! We are confident in our services and want you to be happy when we leave the house, therefore we provide Satisfaction Guarantee with every job, every time!
Do I get a discount for bundled services?
Absolutely! At Cleaning Culture, we are proud to be a one-stop shop for all your cleaning needs, so we will give the best services at the most affordable prices when you combine home and carpet cleaning in the same visit!
What is your Cancellation Policy?
If services are canceled before 24h of scheduled service a full refund will be issued, if not a service call fee of $20 will be charged.
