Cancellation

We understand when changes happen in our busy life schedule. If a scheduled cleaning service must be changed or canceled, we ask that our clients notify us 48 hours in advance. This allows us to fill that spot and keep our employees working without disrupting schedules and plans. When a client cancels with less than 24 hours to scheduled appointment, then a Service Call Fee of $25 is withheld and the appointment is rescheduled.

Before 48 Hours

If you decide to cancel before the 48 hour window of your appointment, you are eligible for an immediate full refund, excluding any possible fees managed by a payment provider. 

Refunds

We strive to exceed our customers' expectations for quality cleaning services. We thoroughly inspect our work before leaving your home. Occasionally and without intention our cleaning technicians may miss something. So if, after your inspection, you find our technicians missed something, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue the next day. This is our Satisfaction Guarantee!

Refunds are not offered for professional cleaning operations, labor, and resources used to provide services, however, we are happy to correct any mistakes we made within your booking order and checklist of our cleaning tasks. Requests received by our office, after that, will be incorporated into your next scheduled cleaning. 

We may refund you some amount of money if: 

  • the booked order is more than the service needed (confirmed during the walkthrough audit). For example, if the technician finds out that the actual total sq ft size is less than booked (by at least 100 sq ft), then we recalculate and refund you a difference.
  • upon mutual agreement between company managers and customer

Credit

Possible discounts for next-time services, on a case by case basis. Also, a free cleaning amount may be generated as a credit balance or company gift card for future service booking. 

Upcharges

Additional charges happen when customers usually underestimate when booking online. During scheduled appointments, the cleaning technician walks through auditing premises assigned to be cleaned from the booking order and checks marking all cleaning tasks and cleaning levels needed, especially if it requires additional trash or junk removal, evictions, post infestations, extreme cleanings, etc.

Frequently, additional charges are incurred due to a need for "deep cleaning" vs "standard cleaning", as well as a higher sq ft size than booked online. Final estimate and cost adjustments provided by a technician during a scheduled appointment. 

Customers don't have to agree with recommended cleaning options and may only opt in for what's included for purchased online booking orders, although, in such cases, we can't assure of honoring the Satisfaction Guarantee, especially if "standard cleaning" purchased for the purpose of cleaning move out or deep cleaning level. Customers should refer to our guidance for choosing cleaning level and size options, as well as add-ons and special custom cleaning procedures.
