We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel bookings per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or service address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel a booking order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the booking was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit bookings that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate booking and account information for all purchases made at our online store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 - PRICES & PAYMENT TERMS

Our estimates rely on the details provided by customers during online booking. Therefore, we emphasize the importance of accurate information to ensure correct pricing. If there are significant discrepancies, additional time or adjustments may be required. Our technicians will conduct a walkthrough and take measurements (specifically for Carpet Cleaning Services) to determine the most precise and equitable prices for our services. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service jobs that exceed our cleaning capabilities upon arrival.

We accept payments via cash, debit/credit cards (excluding American Express), and digital transfers, all of which must be settled in full either at the time of service or when booking online. 

Additionally, we provide Shop Pay payment option, offering to finance services through Affirm, subject to credit approval. Any necessary adjustments will be finalized following a pre-inspection walkthrough. All services bookings purchased with Shop Pay and Affirm must be completed online, before technicians arrival. We do not provide in-home estimates and sales through Shop Pay and Affirm, therefore please complete bookings and make sure you get answers beforehand, if any. 

Our prices for cleaning services on the website are flat rate fixed prices, where many of them include instant discounts off of our regular prices. No shipping or Service Call Fees apply at checkout when booking online on the website. Although, we reserve the right to apply $25 Service Call Fee when it's relevant such as for jobs that require technicians return, free services, promotional services, buy one get one services, as well as services non pre-booked online and services requested for site estimate.

All Sales Are Final! 

7.1 Commercial Cleaning Prices & Payment Terms

All commercial cleaning services must be booked over the phone or paid through office generated quote, payable online. Commercial cleaning for tile and grout, as well as carpet cleaning require a minimum of $189 Service Call Fee or 30% of the Total Estimate, which even is greater. Remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of service completion and final invoice delivery.

All commercial cleaning services can be paid with our standard options: cash, check, debit and credit cards (except American Express, Chase and Capital One). Also, Shop Pay and Affirm payment options are not supported with Cleaning Culture of Atlanta for commercial b2b transactions at this time.

 

SECTION 8 - SERVICES

8.1 Property Access

To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning service, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide safe and timely access to the property. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Providing accurate gate and access codes in advance of the scheduled service.

  • Ensuring all entrances required for the cleaning are accessible.

  • Ensuring no obstacles prevent our technicians from entering or moving through the home.

  • Please deactivate alarm systems or provide specific instructions. We are not liable for alarm-related charges or issues.

If our cleaning team cannot gain access to the property at the agreed-upon time, the service will either be rescheduled, and a $25 Service Call Fee will be applied. 

8.2 Preparing Your Home for Our Technicians

To facilitate efficient cleaning, we ask that customers prepare their homes before the cleaning service begins. This includes:

  • Tidying up rooms by ensuring clothes, toys, and other personal items are picked up and stored appropriately. Cleaning technicians cannot be responsible for organizing or decluttering personal belongings.

  • Removing any delicate or valuable items from cleaning areas to avoid accidents or damage.

Failure to prepare your home for cleaning may result in additional service charges due to the extended cleaning time required.

8.3 Occupant Notification and Pets

We advise customers to notify all occupants (including family members, roommates, or tenants) of our scheduled arrival and ensure access to all required areas. To ensure a safe and efficient cleaning experience:

  • Keep pets in a safe, secure area during the cleaning service, such as in a separate room or a cage, to prevent them from following or approaching cleaning technicians. solutions and equipment.

  • Ensure that children are kept safe and at a distance from cleaning activities, particularly when cleaning solutions and equipment are in use, to ensure the safety of all parties.

Our cleaning team reserves the right to decline or postpone the service if they feel their safety or the safety of occupants or pets is at risk.

8.4 Service Guarantee:

We provide a satisfaction guarantee policy. If any area within our scope of work is unsatisfactory, notify us and our team will return within 48h for a reclean.

8.5 Pictures Before and After

Before and after photos may be taken for training, billing purposes, satisfaction guarantee policy, and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.

In no case shall Cleaning Culture of Atlanta, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. 

We take precautions but are not liable for damage due to faulty installations or wear and tear. Notify us of damages within 2 business days. We avoid cleaning irreplaceable items due to limited liability for repair or replacement.

Cleaning Culture is committed to providing meticulous, professional services using reasonable care to achieve satisfactory results. However, due to the nature of carpet fibers, many stains may cause permanent damage. A few examples of such are bleach, paint, wax, food coloring, dyes, cosmetics, pet stains, and acid-based stains such as fruit juice. Therefore we cannot guarantee removal of all stains. Areas that have been exposed to pet stains may be permanently stained and require additional cleaning measures. Spots, stains, and high-traffic areas are difficult to predict or pre-determine to what extent, if any, they can be removed. Carpets loose and seem disengaged from walls and concrete floors may not be visible during pre-inspection.

RUGS CLEANING: we highly advise doing a professional in-house full-cycle bath for rug cleaning. Case by case we perform rug cleaning, although best results are achieved with specialized rug cleaning services.

WE DON'T CLEAN: Silk, gentle fabrics, PERSIAN, or ORIENTAL rugs. Any questions concerning our workmanship must be reported within 48 hours after completion of service to meet Satisfaction Guarantee or a service call fee may be assessed. 

BE CAREFUL: when stepping from wet carpet onto non-carpeted areas.

BE AWARE: Carpets may stay lightly damp for 4 - 24 hours.

SECTION 15 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cleaning Culture and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
