No, pre-qualification is not available. You can apply for Shop Pay Installments only during the live online checkout process.
Can I buy gift cards with Shop Pay Installments?
No, Shop Pay Installments cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Separate orders are required for gift cards.
Are there late fees for missed payments?
No, there are no late fees for missed payments. However, missing payments may impact your credit score or future eligibility for Shop Pay Installments.
What happens if I miss an installment payment?
While there are no late fees, missing a payment might affect your credit score or your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. For assistance, contact Affirm support.
What if I make a return on a purchase made with Shop Pay Installments?
To request a refund, contact Cleaning Culture of Atlanta. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 business days. If the refund amount is less than your total purchase balance, it may not reduce your remaining payments. If the refund amount exceeds your balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method.
Will I be refunded for interest if I return an item?
No, interest paid is non-refundable. Payments are first applied to accrued unpaid interest and then to the principal. Interest is the cost of borrowing and is not refundable.

Shop Pay Overview Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Shop Pay as a payment method at Cleaning Culture of Atlanta for online purchases. By using Shop Pay, you agree to these terms. For full version of these terms and conditions look here.
2. Eligibility
Shop Pay Installments are available only for customers with a U.S. billing address and U.S. mobile phone number. Shop Pay Installments is exclusively available for online purchases and is not available for in-store transactions or international customers.
3. Payment Options
- Biweekly Payments: Four equal, interest-free payments for orders between $50 and $999.99.
- Monthly Payments: Payments spread over three, six, or twelve months for orders between $150 and $20,000. Monthly payments are subject to interest rates between 10% and 36% APR.
4. Payment Methods
- Biweekly Payments: Debit and credit cards are accepted.
- Monthly Payments: Only debit cards are accepted. Capital One and Chase credit cards are not accepted.
5. Order Limit
The maximum order value for Shop Pay Installments is $20,000, including any discounts, shipping, and taxes.
6. In-Store Payments
Shop Pay Installments are not available for in-store purchases. This payment option is limited to online transactions only.
6.1 In-Home Payments
Shop Pay Installments are not available for use during in-home service or estimates. All Shop Pay bookings must be completed online and scheduled during booking. Furthermore, we don't discuss or explain about Shop Pay / Affirm payment options during service visit. All questions must be presented ahead of the service appointment, over the phone, by email, or finding answers with in FAQ, as well as Terms & Conditions.
Also, note that additional charges that may incur because of the walkthrough audit added services, updated total sq ft size or upgraded cleaning level - must be paid with cash, check, deposit, bank card, but not Shop Pay or Affirm - Additional Charges can not be added by us or Shop Pay / Affirm agents.
7. Gift Cards
Shop Pay Installments cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Separate transactions are required for gift card purchases. Our gift card product are excluded from Shop Pay program.
8. Late Fees and Missed Payments
No late fees are charged for missed payments. However, missing payments may affect your credit score or future eligibility for Shop Pay Installments.
9. Refunds
Refunds for purchases made with Shop Pay Installments will be processed according to our return policy. Interest payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
